Ik kan u hierbij berichten dat er geen reacties op deze uitnodiging zijn ontvangen. De Frans ambassade zal hiervan op de hoogte worden gebracht. Het is niet uitgesloten dat individuele leden door de Franse ambassade zullen worden benaderd.

Geachte leden van de commissie voor Veiligheid en Justitie,
 
Omdat de procedurevergadering van hedenmiddag is uitgesteld en het verzoek van de Franse Ambassade is u volgende week uit te nodigen voor een diner, wordt dit verzoek u per e-mail voorgelegd.
 
Uitnodiging van de Franse ambassade voor een diner op  19 april 2016 op de  Résidentie met zes Franse parlementsleden, of voor een gesprek in de ochtend op 20 april. (zie onderstaand bericht)
Graag verneem ik uiterlijk vrijdag 8 april  om 10.00 uur of u kunt instemmen met dit verzoek.

Please allow me to add that some French MPs might leave The Hague at lunch time on the 20th , so a meeting would be preferable on the 19th late afternoon or in the morning of the 20th.

Objet : Visit of French MPs (April 19-20th)
 
Dear colleagues
 
A group of 3 to 7 French Members of Parliament will travel to The Hague on April 19-20th after a short stay in Brussels (where they will meet with Belgian and EU officials).
 
This group headed by MPs Jean-Frédéric Poisson and Kader Arif is mandated by the French National Assembly to study the vectors and means used by Daech/ISIS (it concerns a broad scope: military, technological, financial means).
 
The MPs would be very interesting to meet with Dutch counterparts during their stay in The Hague to discuss this topic.
 
They will probably have a meeting at Europol in the afternoon of April 19th and will also meet with Dutch authorities (probably Foreign Affairs, NCTV). We are in the process of building a program.
 
Could you please let me if some Dutch MPS working on this topic would be interested in meeting with their French counterparts?
